Nothing wrong with the app itself. Just that the last bus leaves before the boat arrives, can't even wait 2 minutes. Terrible transport service, only works in the city, any other routes are terrible
the app suddenly stopped working today. everything, both the phone and the app is completely updated. i deleted and reinstalled the app. but it simple won't open. please fix this. it's a huge issue. i use the busses every day. please fix it
I've been recommending this app for tourists looking to take the bus in tromsø. I find it very good, albeit not always that intuitive. But it more than suffices for casual users.

Very buggy. Never shows the right bus. Use the web page tromskortet.no. Much less buggy
If you are in Storgata 500, for example, and click on "My Location", it makes your schedule based on Storgata 1. The app is useless, but Tromsø kommune forces us to use it. Maybe they are afraid of Google Maps stealing our data. I am more afraid of their monopolized bus system.
Could be better. Learn from Google Maps. When searching you need adress of hotel, can't use hotel name. My position always shows as street number 1, not very precise when you're at number 180. It's not good at finding nearby bus stops, it rather displays "no bus stops in the area". Still it's the only useful app, because there are no bus stops in Tromsø on Google Maps .
I found this app very useful to plan trips around Tromsoe. It is well designed and easy to use. Even has live updates on bus times although sometimes it isn't that accurate. I really like it and wish there were versions available in the UK.
Fix your app keeps saying wrong time even though i already refreshed, says 5 mins and as I was about to get on around 5 meters away bus driver just leaves, what the hell bro?
sometimes the system doesn't work well. in any case, the problem is not this app, but the public transportation system has continuously problems in tromso. the app its ok but the bus system is horrible in relation with the ticket price.
